Trouble Shooting  


If you have a new system....
  
     
You may find that your newer computers are having difficulty viewing our tours. It's most likley that you do not have JAVA installed. Microsoft has now separated from Sun microsystems and as a result JAVA is no longer installed by the manufacturer.

However It's very simple and free at..
java.com 
 

 
 We are currently in the process of re-coding our software
so we can accommodate our XP users. 
(usually the tour loads but won't go to the second picture)

Network users

If The Tour window did not open.
You may have a pop-up blocker installed
that is blocking the player from opening.
Add utahhomemarket.com to your
 "DO NOT BLOCK" list to prevent this from happening again.
(note: We do NOT use pop-ups or any other advertising)

or
"JAVA" must be enabled in your internet preferences.

Note: Some Network systems may have "Security Settings"
that block JAVA, or Loading "Time-Outs" that may not
allow larger images.
